"IF WE CANNOT SOLVE MIRACLES, WE CAN AT LEAST DO OUR BEST TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF THIS CONTINENT," HE SAID.

    WHEN THE CONGOLESE LEADER ARRIVED HE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY PRIME MINISTER ADOULA, WHO ALSO SPOKE TO REPORTERS (SOF). HE TOLD THEM THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CONGO WAS AWARE OF ITS RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE CHANGING FUTURE OF THE AFRICAN CONTINENT.
