The government held a anniversary ceremony at Seoul citizens Hall and it ended without incident about thirty minutes later but refusing to attend this ceremony, Seoul National University students held their own ceremony at their school campus.
In the students ceremony, where only about two hundreds students attended due to school closed, they adopted strong resolution against government normalization talks warned the government that they will not just look at the corruption and selling the country.They then marched out to the street for silent demonstration along the old way the students marched in the April revolution.They were then went back to their school as the police chief wanted.
