    Khmer Government troops have retaken Peang Lovea, a hill 21 miles (about 32 kms) west of Phnom Penh, twelve months after the communists took control. At least twenty Government troops died communists left there some weeks ago and the Government troops moved in to occupy and pacify surrounding villages whose inhabitants had been reluctant to express their loyalty to the Phnom Penh regime.
