    Picks made by the HPC Corporation aren't simply used by lawbreakers like the Watergate burglars. Intelligence services and the law enforcers -- the CIA and FBI -- also use Chicago-made picks. And the corporation has distributers around the world.

    Although picks are the firm's speciality, it also makes door guards, keys and publishes audio-visual instructions on picking locks and opening safes.
