    MUNIZ REPORTED THAT THE PRESIDENT HAD EXPRESSED GRATITUDE FOR ARGENTINA'S CO-OPERATION WITH THE UNITED STATES DURING THE CUBAN CRISIS LAST AUTUMN.LATER, MUNIZ ATTENDED A MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE ORGANISATION OF AMERICAN STATES.HE URGED THE COUNCIL TO MAKE A SUPREME EFFORT TO SECURE A BETTER LIFE FOR THE LATIN AMERICAN PEOPLES.
