Background: Two Republic of Korea Air force flights,C 54, were flown into Phnom Penh for the first time, bringing the first batch of medical aid from Seoul.

The Korean government said recently that they will give the Cambodian government medical aid, but not military aid, to a total cost of U.S.$100,000
Medical aid includes not only medicine but also other materials, such as blankets, to be used in the hospital or refugee camps. All these extra supplies were made in Korea.
