    GENERAL NE WIN IS IN INDIA ON AN "INFORMAL" VISIT. HE DROVE WITH DR. HUSAIN TO THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE, WHERE HE WILL STAY WITH HIS WIFE.

    LATER, THE BURMESE LEADER VISITED THE MAHATMA GANDHI MEMORIAL IN NEW DELHI, WHERE HE LAID A WREATH. THE FOLLOWING DAY THE GENERAL AND MRS. GANDHI DISCUSSED PROBLEMS ARISING ON THEIR COMMON BOUNDARY. LAST YEAR, THE TWO COUNTRIES AGREED THAT THEIR BORDER SHOULD BE PROPERLY DEMARCATED, AND SURVEY WORK HAS STARTED.

    GENERAL NE WIN AND MRS. GANDHI WILL RESUME TALKS IN MARCH 21, WHEN THE BURMESE LEADER RETURNS FROM A TOUR OF CITIES AND TOWNS OUTSIDE DELHI.
