    MR BUTLER'S VISIT COMES AFTER RECENT RUSSIAN CRITICISM OF THE BRITISH ATTITUDE AT THE TALKS. APART FROM TOMORROW'S DISCUSSIONS ON DISARMAMENT MOVES MOST LIKELY TO PRODUCE RESULTS, ONE SUBJECT LIKELY TO BE RAISED IS THE PEACE-KEEPING ROLE OF THE UNITED NATIONS - SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN THROWN INTO SHARPER RELIEF BY RECENT WORLD EVENTS, INCLUDING THE CYPRUS CRISIS.
