    HE IS STAYING AT THE TARASP HOLIDAY HOME OF PRINCE LUDWIG OF HESSE. THE VILLA IS JUST BELOW THE UNINHABITED HESSE CASTLE. THE YOUNG PRINCE SET OFF WITH AN "ENTOURAGE" OF 150 TOURISTS, SIGHTSEERS AND NEWSMEN. ALSO IN THE PARTY - TWO GERMAN COUSINS OF PRINCE CHARLES.

    HIS INSTRUCTOR, HERR GISEP HEINRICH, SAID PRINCE CHARLES WAS A GOOD PUPIL. HE HAD SEVERAL HOURS' INSTRUCTION. LATER, THE PRINCE HIMSELF SUMMED UP HIS IMPRESSIONS: IT HAS BEEN PRETTY HECTIC - BUT I HAVE ENJOYED IT. I ONLY FELL TWICE".
