    On Friday, 9th October 1970, the twenty GIs of the 67th Armoured Regiment who are staying with 'A' Squadron of the Royal Hussars (Prince of Wale's Own) at Tidworth, Hampshire, started their training with familiarisation instruction on the Centurion tank.

    The GIs who are all stationed t Fort Hood, Texas will be visiting the Royal Armoured Corps Centre this week where they will drive the Chieftain, the British Army's latest armoured tank.

    At the beginning of November they are to drive the armoured scout cars of the Royal Hussars to Stanford to take part in an exercise on the local training area.
