SYNOPSIS: Rumanian President Nicolae Ceausescu, just back from a month long tour of Asian capital cities, including Hanoi and Peking, has left Bucharest again, this time for Finland. He's paying an official five day visit during which he'll discuss European security questions with his finnish hosts.
During his stay, Mr. Ceausescu planned to meet President Urho Kekkonen and his ministers. Among the major topics scheduled for discussion was the possibility of cooperation between smaller European nations in setting up joint industrial enterprises in other countries. The holding of a European security conference with the emphasis on the part small nations could play in safe-guarding peace will also be discussed.
Mr. Ceausescu was accompanied on his trip by the Rumanian Foreign Minister Corneliu Manescu who was to have discussions with his opposite number in Helsinki. Later the two Foreign Ministers were scheduled to sign a consular convention and an agreement defining the rights of the airlines of the two countries on certain routes. During his five day tour, the Rumanian leader will visit major towns in finland and be guest of honour at a banquet.
