    BOTH TEAMS COVERED THE SAME NUMBER OF LAPS BUT THE BELGIANS GAINED MORE SPRINT POINTS.

    THE WEST GERMAN "B" TEAM, DIETER KEMPER AND HORST OLDENBURG FINISHED THIRD AND THE WEST GERMAN "A" TEAM, KLAUD BUGDAHL AND ZIGI RENZ, WERE FOURTH.

    TEAMS FROM HOLLAND, AUSTRALIA, CANADA AND ITALY ALSO TOOK PART.
