    Japanese Prime Minister Eisaku Sato, enthusiastically welcomed by several thousand supporters, flow back to Tokyo from his United States visit yesterday (Monday, January 10) and spoke jubilantly about his agreement with President Nixon for the return of Okinawa to Japan. In four months, he told the crowds, a long-term ambition would be realised and the American handover will be completed. May 15th is the data set for the handover by the two leaders --though there are provisions for the U.S. to retain military bases on the strategic Pacific island.
