    A RADIO CAIRO BROADCAST LATER SAID THAT AFTER A 70 MINUTE SESSION THE FOREIGN MINISTERS DISCUSSED A DRAFT AGENDA PROPOSED KY KING HASSAN OF MOROCCO.

    THE AGENDA INCLUDED THREE POINTS: THE ARAB ATTITUDE FOLLOWING UNITED NATIONS MIDDLE EAST PEACE MOVES; A COMMON ARAB ATTITUDE TO FORCE ISRAEL TO WITHDRAW FROM OCCUPIED ARAB TERRITORY; STRENGTHENING JOINT ARAB ACTION.

    CAIRO RADIO SAID THE FOREIGN MINISTERS WHO OPENED THEIR CONFERENCE THIS MORNING, WOULD MEET AGAIN TOMORROW (SUNDAY).

    SYRIA, WHICH EARLIER ANNOUNCED A BOYCOTT OF THE SUMMIT HAD A DELEGATE AT THE MEETING. BUT THE DELEGATE, SYRIAN AMBASSADOR TO CAIRO, MR. SAMI DROUBI TOLD REPORTERS THAT IT DID NOT MEAN SYRIA WOULD ATTEND THE RABAT SUMMIT.

    SYNOPSIS: THE ARAB LEAGUE BUILDING IN CAIRO, MEETING PLACE TODAY (SATURDAY) OF ARAB FOREIGN MINISTERS. AN EARLY ARRIVAL WAS THE UNITED ARAB REPUBLIC FOREIGN MINISTER DOCTOR MAHMOUD RIAD. HE AND HIS COLLEAGUES WERE BEGINNING DISCUSSIONS ON THE AGENDA FOR THE PROPOSED ARAB SUMMIT CONFERENCE IN RABAT LATER THIS MONTH. A RADIO CAIRO BROADCAST LATER SAID THAT AFTER A SEVENTY MINUTE SESSION THE MEETING WHICH INCLUDES REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PALESTINE LIBERATION ORGANISATION, LED BY ITS CHAIRMAN. MR. AL SHU KAIRY, DISCUSSED A DRAFT AGENDA PROPOSED BY KING HASSAN OF MOROCCO.
