THE CHINESE LEADER SOUGHT TO ENCOURAGE INDO-CHINESE LEADERS BY OUTLINING WHAT HE DESCRIBED AS THE PRESENT ISOLATION AND DIFFICULTIES OF THE UNITED STATES AGGRESSORS, WHILE PRINCE SIHANOUK TALKED AT LENGTH ON THE NEED FOR AMERICA TO SAVE ITS HONOUR IN THE FACE OF HISTORY AND HUMANITY.     THE PRINCE AND OTHER PRINCIPAL GUESTS WERE SEATED AT A LONG TABLE BELOW THE BANQUET HALL'S MAIN ROSTRUM. THE 100-YARD LONG HALL WAS SEATING OVER 500 GUESTS.

    PRINCE SIHANOUK DELIVERED A LENGTHY TIRADE AGAINST THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, SAYING THAT THE HONOUR OF THE AMERICAN NATION COULD ONLY BE SAVED, IN THE FACE OF HISTORY AND HUMANITY, IF THE GOVERNMENT, ADMINISTRATION, AND ARMED FORCES OF PRESIDENT NIXON CEASED TOTALLY FROM THEIR INTERFERENCE IN INDO-CHINA.

    MR. CHOU REPEATED THE DEMAND FOR AMERICAN WITHDRAWAL OF FORCES FROM INDO-CHINA, AND SOUGHT TO ENCOURAGE LEFTIST LEADERS OF THOSE TERRITORIES BY OUTLINING WHAT HE DESCRIBED AS THE "PRESENT ISOLATION" AND "EXTREME DIFFICULTIES OF THE U.S. AGGRESSORS."
    THROUGHOUT THE EVENING A CHINES MILITARY BAND PLAYED MARTIAN MUSIC, AND ONE ITEM ESPECIALLY COMPOSED BY PRINCE SIHANOUK.
