    Princess Mary went to Redford Barracks to see the 1st Bn parade and wish them well for their forthcoming stint in India. She went for lunch at the Royal Scots Club St. Andrews Square at their request afterwards. Account of the day in the Dundee Courier 19th September 1919.

    Aberdeen Press 10th September 1919: ‘\'Territorial decorations were conferred on Lt. Col. Mitchell, D.S.O., and Majors Moncrieff, MacLaggan, Mure, Brown, Cameron, McDonald, Smith, J.H. McDonald and A M’Donald.’
