    Australia's top woman tennis player, Evonne Goolagong, who won the Wimbledon women's singles title in 1971, hinted that she may retire from tennis after her marriage to a Briton, Roger Crawley , next year.

    Miss Goolagong and her fiance, a former junior tennis player, met newsmen in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the United States on Tuesday (29 April). she is now playing in the U.S. tennis season.

    Miss Goolagong's coach, Vic Edwards, said it appeared now that she would leave the game after 1976. He added that she threw herself into everything she did and it would be impossible for her to play tennis and be married at the same time for any length of time.

    Miss Goolagong and Mr. Cawley will marry in Australia and they will live there.
