Background: Moscow, which boasts probably the finest and most individual circus in the entertainment world today is enjoying a show in the French style. The French circus is returning the visit last year to paris of the State circus of Moscow.

On the programme is a team of skaters, and gymnast Andre Jean who thrills the audiences with his acrobatics without using a safety net. The Frantelinis, members of a famous French dynasty of clowns provide the humour while another two acrobats, Visci and Bross also top the bill.

So far the visit of the French Circus to the Soviet capital has been met with both appreciation and admiration.
