PRESENT AT THE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS WAS THE LEADER OF THE VILLAGE, PASTER BERGHAUS, AND THE SOUTH VIETNAMESE AMBASSADOR TO WEST GERMANY, MR. S.E. NGUYEN DUY LIEN.

    PASTER BERGHAUS WAS THE INITIATOR OF THE VILLAGE PROJECT.
