    The newly appointed British minister for Northern Ireland, following the suspension of parliament there, ordered the release on Friday of seventy three men who have been held without trial during the sate of violence. The men, who had been interned in raison camps at Long Kesh and Magilligan, or detained as suspects on the prison ship Maidstone, were held under emergency powers. Over eight hundred others were still held, and their cases were being reviewed by the minister, Mr. William Whitelaw. A reporter spoke to some of the released at Long Kesh............
    Others left the Maidstone, which is no longer to be used as a prison ship.
