    PRESIDENT TITO OF YUGOSLAVIA ISSUED A WARNING TO THE UNITED STATES IN TEHERAN, IRAN, LAST NIGHT (MONDAY) AGAINST PROCRASTINATION IN HOLDING VIETNAM PEACE TALKS AS PEACE-LOVING PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD WERE DEMANDING THAT SUCH NEGOTIATIONS SHOULD START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE YUGOSLAV LEADER, WHO ARRIVED IN TEHERAN YESTERDAY, WAS SPEAKING AT A BANQUET GIVEN IN HIS HONOUR BY THE SHAH OF IRAN.

    THE SHAH, MOHAMMED-REZA PAHLEVI, AND HIS WIFE WERE AT THE BEFLAGGED AIRPORT TO MEET PRESIDENT TITO AND MADAME TITO, WHO ARE ON A WEEK'S STATE VISIT TO IRAN. IN HIS BANQUET SPEECH THAT NIGHT, THE PRESIDENT ALSO SPOKE ABOUT ISRAEL'S CONTINUED OCCUPATION OF ARAB TERRITORY, DESCRIBING THIS AS AN ACT THAT JEOPARDISED PEACE IN THE AREA AND "INTENSIFIED INTERNATIONAL TENSION IN GENERAL."
    ALL PEACE-LOVING NATIONS SHOULD MAKE ALL EFFORTS TO COMPEL ISRAEL TO WITHDRAW, HE SAID.
