TRANSCRIPT: LEAR: (SEQ. 1) "Now remember you're listening to an open system. This will be a completely closed system. Any system which ever works as a steam system has to work as a completely enclosed system so that none of the fluid -- none of the vapour -- is ever exhuded into the atmosphere. And this is perfectly possible now and with this in a car you can do 90 to 100 miles an hour and you can accelerate to 60 miles an hour in 13 to 15 seconds and the economy would be approximately the same as you'ld have with the present internal combustion engine. But the main thing of it is it will meet the 1977 requirements of the Muskie Bill which was just signed by the President. This has no reciprocating parts and any time that you've got to start and stop something, you develop vibration, and we think this will be substantially quieter, there will be substantially less vibration. It had no ignition system per???se, therefore it has no distributor, there is no carburettor per se, and as a result the tune up on this device -- I don't know what it would be but it oughtn't during its entire life require a tune-up."
