    Fidel Castro hired a direct line to Cuba Sept. 26th (costing a reported $1000 to $1500 per hour) to carry "live" the sound and picture of his address to the 15th General Assembly of the United Nations. These scenes were taken in Havana as the Cuban people watched their Premier perform for four-and-a-half hours, on television receivers specially set up in homes, hotels and Workers Union Headquarters.

    It has been reported that Premier Castro intends to return to Cuba Sept. 28th.
