    Two regiments of soldiers with an army band lead a funeral procession through the streets of Bangkok, Apr 26, as Buddhist monks escorted the spired urn containing the remains of Prince Patriarch Kromluang Vajirayanvong, who died last year.

    The Prince was a member of the Royal Family and one of the High Priests of Buddhist Thailand.

    King Phumiphol and Queen Sirikit led the procession of mourners into the crematorium where they paid their last respects to the deceased, lighting joss sticks and saying prayers. The Royal couple were followed by Cabinet Ministers, members of the Diplomatic Corps and other dignitaries.
