    The United Nations Decolonisation "Committee of 24" - which has been holding meetings in various African capitals - heard from revolutionary organizations on Wednesday (April 19). Among the speakers were Marcelino due Santos, Vice-President of the Front for the Liberation of Mozambique (FRELIMO), who said his organization had killed nearly 3,000 Portuguese soldiers and destroyed four aircraft and five helicopters last year; Pascal Luvualo, of the Angola Nationalist Movement (MPLA), who informed the Committee that his organization had set up schools, clinics, stores and "revolutionary cadres" within Angola; and Paulo Gumane, President of the Revolutionary Committee of Mozambique (COREMO), who said:
