    IN NOVEMBER LAST YEAR, JUSTIN BOMBOKO, CONGOLESE FOREIGN MINISTER, DISCUSSED THE RESTORATION OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH M SPAAK, BELGIAN FOREIGN MINISTER DURING A VISIT TO BRUSSELS. IN DECEMBER, LETTERS OF INTRODUCTION WERE ACCEPTED BY MR EDOUARD LONGERSTEAY, AS CHARGE D'AFFAIRES.
