In Piazza Navona, in city's historic centre, there is the usual Christmas Fair, but there are fewer people than in previous years. But tradition of building small nativity manages in the home remains unchanged -- people go out to buy their Christmas trees and other materials to build their own decorations. Over Christmas itself, the government has relaxed its no-driving regulation and people will be able to drive to see relatives and friends on the 24th/25th, and also at New year on 31st/1st.
