Background: The Peruvian Ambassador to France Senor Augusto Morelli Pando, left Paris on Saturday (July 28) following Peru's decision to break off diplomatic relations.

It was in ??? against the French nuclear explosion ever Mururoa Atoll in the south Pacific 4,000 miles (6,500 kms) from the Peruvian coast. Peru had demanded a French guarantee that the nuclear test series would not contaminate that Latin American continent in the long term.
