    MR. ALEXEI KOSYGIN, THE SOVIET PRIME MINISTER, SPENT TWO HOURS YESTERDAY (JULY 7) TOURING THE BRITISH INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION IN MOSCOW'S SOKOLNIKI PARK WITH MR. HAROLD WILSON, THE BRITISH PRIME MINISTER, WHO RETURNS TO BRITAIN TOMORROW (JULY 19) TO FACE BRITAIN'S ECONOMIC CRISIS.

    ACCOMPANYING MR. KOSYGIN WAS MR. DMITRI POLYANSKI, POLITBUREAU MEMBER, AND MR. NIKOLAI PATOLICHEV. THE SOVIET MINISTER OF FOREIGN TRADE. THE PARTY SAW EXHIBITS ON SOME OF THE 500 STANDS AT THE INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION.

    AFTER TOURING THE SITE, MR. WILSON AND THE SOVIET PRIME MINISTER HAD TALKS ON TRADE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES.

    ON THEIR ARRIVAL AT SOKOLNIKI PARK, THEY WERE GREETED BY ROUSING BAGPIPE MUSIC FROM THE BAND OF THE EDINBURGH POLICE, WHICH HAS BEEN DRAWING CROWDS THROUGHOUT THE EXHIBITION.

    THE TWO PREMIERS HAD FURTHER TALKS TODAY (MONDAY) AND IT IS ALMOST CERTAIN THAT THE WAR IN VIETNAM WAS DISCUSSED.
