    CAMEROUN'S FOREIGN MINISTER NKOO ETOUNGOU SAID IN HIS CLOSING ADDRESS THAT THE CONFERENCE'S ECONOMIC GROUPING HAD BACKED PROPOSALS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MEAT-MARKETING BOARD WITHIN OCAM MEMBER COUNTRIES.

    CREATION OF THE BOARD WOULD ADD A NEW DIMENSION TO OCAM'S AIM OF AN ECONOMIC, TECHNICAL AND CULTURAL CO-OPERATION, SAID MR. ETOUNGOU.

    TUESDAY'S CLOSING SESSION FOLLOWED LATE-NIGHT COMMISSION MEETINGS TO PAVE THE WAY FOR OCAM SUMMIT OF HEADS OF STATE, DUE TO START TODAY (WEDNESDAY) IN YAOUNDE.
