    Mrs Sirimavo Bandaranaike, Ceylon's Prime Minister, continuing her four-day visit to Britain, held talks in London on Monday (25 October), with Foreign Secretary Sir Alec Douglas-Home and Mr. Heath the Prime Minister. The talks included a review of Anglo-Ceylonese relations.....concentrating mainly on economic matters.....and general problems in South East Asia.

    SYNOPSIS: The Foreign Office in London, where Ceylon's Prime Minister....Mrs. Sirimavo Bandaranaike....held talks with Britain's Foreign Secretary Sir Alec Douglas-Home on Monday as she continued a four-day visit to Britain.

    Mrs. Bandaranaike also called at Number Ten Downing Street for talks with Mr. Heath the Prime Minister.

    The talks on Monday centred around a review of Anglo-Ceylonese relations...concentrating mainly on economic matters.....and on general problems in South East Asia. Mrs. Bandaranaike has also discussed these topics with President Nixon of the United States and Canada's Prime Minister Mr. Pierre Trudeau, during the past week. She is an advocate of a "peace zone" in the Indian Ocean.
