Background: The President of Cyprus, Spyros Kyprianou has held a series of discussions with Greece's Prime Minister Andreas Papandreou, about the situation in his country. The talks were held at Mr. Papandreou's residence in Kastri, near Athens. No details of the talks were released. Mr. Kyprianou was expected to pay a visit to Moscow later in October.
