    THE CLASH FOLLOWED RECEIPT OF SPECIFIC INTELLIGENCE REPORTS INDICATING THE GUERILLAS WERE NEAR THE TOWN OF CHO GAO ABOUT THIRTY-FIVE MILES SOUTHWEST OF SAIGON.
