Background: King Hussein of Jordan attended a military horsemanship competition at Zerka on November 15. The King arrived by car, inspected the guard of honour and then took his place for the competition.
With Hussein was his Premier, Mr. Rifai, and the Jordanian Chief of Staff, Habes Majali.
At the end of the competition King Hussein presented trophies to the winners.
