    WHEN THE COLUMN REACHED THE POST, THEY WERE ORDERED TO DISBAND BY AN ARMY OFFICER. AFTER HEARING A SHORT ADDRESS BY VINCENT HALLINAN, A LAWYER WHO WAS ONE OF THE LEADERS OF THE MARCH, THE RALLY BROKE UP.
