    FILM SHOWS THE TUNKU SPEAKING TO REPORTERS AFTER THE WEEKLY CABINET MEETING ON WEDNESDAY (JANUARY 6). HE SAID THAT THE GOVERNMENT KNEW FOR CERTAIN THAT INDONESIAN FORCES WERE MASSING ALONG THE BORNEO BORDER AND IN ADVANCE BASES CLOSE TO MALAYSIA. THE TUNKU SAID IT WAS TIME FOR THE UNITED NATIONS TO TAKE CONCRETE AND EFFECTIVE STEPS TO HELP DEFEND MALAYSIA'S SOVEREIGNTY AND INDEPENDENCE AGAINST INDONESIAN AGGRESSION.

    MEANWHILE, THE BUILD UP OF THE ARMY, NAVY AND THE AIR FORCE IS CONTINUING IN MALAYSIA. BRITAIN IS ADDING ANOTHER 1,000 TROOPS TO THE 10,000 ALREADY IN SERVICE IN MALAYSIA. AND BRITAIN'S BIGGEST AIRCRAFT CARRIER, THE HMS EAGLE, IS ON ITS WAY FROM MOMBASA TO ADD TO BRITAIN'S NAVAL STRENGTH IN SINGAPORE.
