    ADMIRAL LE FANU IS LEAVING FOR UNITED KINGDOM NEXT WEEK TO TAKE HIS NEW POST AS THE THIRD SEA LORD. AT 47 ADMIRAL LE FANU IS THE YOUNGEST OFFICER TO HOLD THIS POST FOR LAST 50 YEARS. THE CAPTAIN OF HMS BELFAST WAS CAPT. MORGAN GILES.

    AS HIS FLAGSHIP SLOWLY CRUISED AROUND THE ISLAND THE HARBOUR JUNKS AND NAVAL SHIPS PASSING BY DIPPED THEIR FLAGS. ON BOARD THE HMS BELFAST THE ROYAL MARINE BAND PLAYED AND SAILORS AND MARINES STOOD TO ATTENTION.

    A CRUISER PASSING THE SHIP FIRED A VOLLEY AND AS THE SHIP SAILED INTO THE NAVAL BASE THE SAILORS PUT OUT A SIGN "WE LIKE MIKE."
