    Background: Mr. Fouad Butros, Lebanese Foreign Minister, arrived today in Damascus and immediately met his counterpart Khaddam. The talks concentrated on the Lebanese working paper to the Arab Summit meeting due to be held on 20th November 1979. Then Butros moved to the Presidential Palace where he conferred with President Al-Assad in presence of Khaddam. The talks concentrated on the situation in Lebanon in general and the Lebanese working paper to the Arab Summit in particular.
