    Leader of the French Algerian Movement, opposed to President de Gaulle's offer to negotiate with the Algerian nationalists(FLM), railed in Paris June 20 demanding an unconditional surrender as the only solution to the rebellion now it's fifth year.

    The rally coincided with the announcement in Tunis by the leader of the FLM's "Provisional Algerian Government" Ferhat Abbas, that he was ready to negotiate with the President de Gaulle but set no date for a meeting.

    Among the french Algerian Movement's leaders at the rally Paris were Robert Lacoste, chief administrator from France in Algerian during the Fourth Republic; Jacques Soustelle, his predecessor; former French Prime Minister Georges Bidault; Colonel Thomazo, leader of the 1958 anti-Paris Government revolt in Corsica shortly before Gen. de Gaulle received the call to save France from civil war; and Bachaga Boualem, President and founder of the new Front for French Algerian.
