Julio Cesar was a medical student, carrying out further studies in California. Suddenly he felt a calling to become a preacher, and decided to abandon his medical studies. Soon he found he was carrying out medical functions which he had never come across in his text books. People said they were eased in their pain after Julio Cesar had touched them and prayed.
Bolivian medical authorities have not authenticated any "cures" following Julio Cesar's administrations, but among is followers there is no doubt that he is sincere when he says that he is acting as an intermediary for jesus Christ in bringing relief to suffering people.
