    The main feature of Friday, 25th.April, in Princess Margaret's West Indies tour was a visit to the Imperial Tropical Agricultural College at St. Augustine, Trinidad.

    The college is mainly concerned with providing instruction in the production and marketing of tropical produce in the Caribbean.

    Under the cool shadows cast by the cocoa trees, Princess Margaret looked at pots and jars of beans in various stages of growth and process. The main programme at the College at present is the improvement of the cocoa crops.

    In addition the story of cocoa beans to chocolate is illustrated.

    For some time she talk with members of the 60-strong students' body, who are drawn from 21 different countries. After posing with representatives of the students and being presented with a bouquet from a very shy, some what cautious girl, Princess Margaret toured the main buildings.
