    Argentina and Gabon have pledged to promote and develop mutual technical and economic co-operation. The agreement is the result of a three-day visit to Argentina by Gabonese President Omar Bongo.

    SYNOPSIS: President Bongo's visit was aimed at strengthening ties between his oil rich country and Argentina, whose president Jorge videla was at the airport to greet him.
