After a blessing ceremony, also attended by shipping magnate Stavros Niarchos, the Greek Royal couple unveiled the name-plates of the new docks - "King Paul' and "Queen Frederika".

According to reports from Athens, the Scaramanga shipyards - where a 25,000-ton tanker is at present under construction - will soon become a repair and drydocking centre for the greater part of Greek-owned shipping.
