    Talks during the visit to India of Iraqi Foreign Minister Murtadha Saeed Abdul Baqi -- who arrived in New Delhi on Sunday (August 20) -- were scheduled to centre mainly around economic relations between the two countries. Iraqi delegates included top officials of the nation's economic ministers, and the issue of Iraq's participation in India's biggest oil refinery, to be located at Mathura in Uttar Pradesh Province, was reported likely to come up for discussion.

    Mr. Baqi was also due to hold talks with Indian Premier Mrs. Indira Gandhi and External Affairs Minister, Mr. Swaran Singh. His economic talks were scheduled to last for two days, and came at the end of an eighteen-day visit to India by the Prime Minister of the Yemen Arab Republic, Mr. Mohsin Al-Aini.
