TRANSCRIPT: (SEQ 1): REPORTER: You have recently had great success, so let's talk about the future ... about the solutions ... about what is going to happen ... you should have them.

ARAFAT: I am offering the solution ... to live in my homeland together.

REPORTER: But the main trouble here is ....

ARAFAT: In which me, my parents, my grandfathers may live many years. At least a thousand years. We are not going to kick anybody in the head ... the same as they have tried to ... picture us ... they have plastered my house in Jerusalem ... picture us ... they have plastered my house in Jerusalem .. the house in which I was born ... Golda Meir was born in Russia and she has the right to live here, in this area, in Jerusalem, more than me ... and in spite of this I am saying let us live together ... in equality, peace and justice.

REPORTER: But could we achieve that in the first instance without liquidating the state of Israel ... not in the interests of Israel, but in interests of a solution.

ARAFAT: I am saying something like that ... but first we want to establish our independent authority in a place ... and we have the right to do it.
