REPORTER: "Did you say change views?"
MUBARAK: "No, I meant exchange. There is a difference between change and exchange. And to discuss bilateral relations with India, because, you know, we are, both India and Egypt are members of the non-aligned countries. We've had good relations, so I've come back to discuss bilateral relations."

Background: Egypt's Vice President, Mr. Hosny Mubarak, arrived in New Delhi on Thursday (3 May) for talks with Indian leaders on the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty.
SYNOPSIS: Mr. Mubarak was met at the airport by Foreign Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and other Government officials. Security was intense as demonstrations were expected from Arab students. Mr. Mubarak was expected to discuss the Treaty and subsequent Arab boycott of Egypt with Indian leaders. He was asked the purpose of his visit.
