    INTRODUCTION As the United Nations debate on South Africa continued on Friday (25 March), representatives from Sweden, Zambia and the African National Congress (ANC) condemned international investment in South Africa. Addressing the council both the Zambian Ambassador, Dunstan Kamana, and former Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme recommended a mandaroty embargo on arms sales to South Africa. The ANC spokesman, Mr. Mfanafuthi Makatini also criticised the growing support which the South Africa regime is receiving.
