    THE PAIR: FLYING OFFICER ALASTAIR ARNOLD, WHO IS 31 AND MR. ANDREW ARNOLD, AGED 29. ANDREW IS A BACHELOR AND A DEALER IN ANTIQUES AND INTERIOR DECORATOR. HE FLEW INTO SINGAPORE FROM BRITAIN RECENTLY.

    FLYING OFFICER ARNOLD, HAS COMPLETED A 2 1/2-YEAR TOUR OF DUTY FLYING IN SHACKLETON MARITIME-RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT. HE IS POSTED TO R.A.F. BALLYKELLY, NORTHERN IRELAND WHILE IN SINGAPORE, HE HAS TAKEN PART IN INTER-SERVICE AND R.A.F. SAILING CHAMPIONSHIPS
    THE LONGEST THE ARNOLD BROTHERS HAVE BEEN AT SEA BEFORE WAS A WEEK IN THE ENGLISH CHANNEL.
