    Prince Sadruddin Agha Khan, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, spoke of his recent visit to East Pakistan and to refugee centres in India, during a news conference at the United Nations on Wednesday (June 23).

    During the conference the Prince, spoke of conditions in Dacca and also stressed that the Indian Government needed an immediate appropriation of 275 million U.S. dollars -- on top of the 45 million already received -- to help care for the flood of refugees from East Pakistan.
