    A 16-MAN DELEGATION OF THE AFRO-MALAGASY COMMON ORGANISATION, HEADED BY PRESIDENT HAMANI DIORI, OR NIGER, HAS ARRIVED IN HOLLAND FOR A FOUR-DAY VISIT TO DISCUSS TRADE MATTERS WITH DUTCH LEADERS. THE ORGANISATION REPRESENTS 18 AFRICAN NATIONS. THE DELEGATION WAS GREETED AT THE HAGUE RAILWAY STATION BY THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE NETHERLANDS, MR. PIET DE JONG.

    PRESIDENT DIORI WAS ACCOMPANIED BY HIS WIFE.

    THE AFRICAN DELEGATION IS VISITING MEMBER STATES OF THE COMMON MARKET AND WILL BE DISCUSSING WITH THEIR LEADERS THE YAOUNDE AGREEMENT WHICH IS DUE TO BE RENEWED SHORTLY.

    IN THE HAGUE, PRESIDENT DIORI AND FOUR MEMBERS OF THE DELEGATION WILL HAVE TALKS WITH THE DUTCH WITH THE DUTCH TRANSPORT MINISTER, MR J.A. BAKKER, THE DEVELOPMENT AIR MINISTER, MR B.J. UDINK, ECONOMIC MINISTER MR LEO DE BLOCK, AND THE STATE SECRETARY FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS, MR H.J. DE KOSTER.

    THE DELEGATION'S REPRESENTATIVES AT THE TALKS WILL BE THE CONGO-KINSHASA TRANSPORT MINISTER FAUSTIN ZEZA, SOMALI FARMING MINISTER ALI OMAR SCEGO, MADAGASCAR'S FOREIGN MINISTER, JACQUES RABEMANAJAR AND THE CONGO-KINSHASA MINISTER PLENIPOTENTIARY, MR LOUIS LOMBO.

    BEFORE THE TALKS, THE VISITORS WILL TOUR THE AMSTERDAM CANALS, AND WILL ATTEND A SPECIAL DINNER IN THEIR HONOUR.

    PRESIDENT DIORI AND HIS WIFE WILL BE RECEIVED BY QUEEN JULIANA ON TUESDAY.
